My wife is 14 weeks pregnant
My Gynae has recommended mednocal as calcium tablet and autrin xt as iron tablet
My concern is that mednocal has 250 mg elemental calcium and 200IU vit D3
Isn't it less as I have read and heard that atleast 1000 mg elemental calcium and minimum 400iu vit D3 is required during this time... Please help
