Help with dermaroller
Need a dermaroller to treat my hair fall, please tell me which one to buy online, the needle size also. I have got almost bald. Somebody told me try it once. Not sure how to use it, if somebody can help here. Thanks

Greetings. Dermaroller in themselves do not contribute much but they enhance the delivery of a medicine called Minoxidil. Meet a Dermatologist to decide which type of hair fall you have and whether minoxidil will help. Dermaroller cone in various specifications and for home care therapy it is usually 0.5 mm, There are certain pre and post instructions for a dermaroller. Discuss this as you meet a Dermatologist.
