Help ; Cold , fever and body pain
I am suffering from cold , fever and body pain from yesterday. It's starts by cold then I got fever and body pain as I can't stand up from the bed due to pain so I can't visit any doctor which are far from my location and my near by doctors are off today . Please can any doctors suggests some tablets or something so that I can get well as soon as possible because I have exam on 21 . Please help
