Helo sir,Tuberculous lymphadenitis

Asked for Male, 20 Years

Sir,one of my relative was suffering from Tuberculosis lymphadenitis, FNAC tested as Right cervical lymph node(level 2).taken Akurit 4 for two months.And one doctor prescribed Akurit 3 and another as R-cinax to take for 4 months.we are so confused,Which one to follow.please reply,urgent
