Helo I completed my 2 months pregnancy on Jan 18th n suddenly my pregnancy symptoms dissapier.. before I used to have nausea n slightly stomach tightness but now I'm absolutely feeling normal..is my pregnancy safe?

Morning sickness is not a sign of viability and it will reduce add you proceed to the second trimester.
Go for an obstetrics examination and USG to check for viability and other parameters.
