Height increases up to the age of 18 in women and up to the age of 24 in men. It is rather difficult to increase height after reaching adulthood as the production of these hormones slowly stops. Growth is controlled by hormones like human growth hormone (HGH), thyroid hormones, and sex hormones. The length of the bones increases due to the presence of growth plates or epiphyses at the end of long bones. HGH is produced by pituitary gland stimulates bone growth at the growth plates. Women tend to grow till 20 sometimes, but at times it stops at 18. There is no harm in trying though 1. A protein rich diet - like sprouts, pulses, cheese, milk , soya 2. Exercise - skipping, cycling, swimming or basket ball for 45 minutes daily

Your height is dependent on whether genetics and if there is a hormonal disorder, then that should be corrected accordingly. Hormonal therapy has shown results but you would require further investigations to rule out if there's any underlying cause for the outcome. I would advise you to meet an endocrinologist who would give you the best options after proper evaluation
