Asked for Female, 13 Years

Recently in an x ray, I came to know that my bone age is 2 yrs younger than my original age. i got my periods in 2017 only and it will complete 2 years this year (2019). will I stop growing by the end of this year? or is growth hormone injection (on regular basis) is the only option left?
