Sir, I age of 20 can Ayurveda help me to increase my height. In market there are many medicines which claim with help of that we can increase height and it is ayuvedic is these medicines genuinely works or not

Hello.. The height of boys will be attained by 21 years... So I'd we take that into consideration you still have an year for the incarese in height.   ..I would not recommend you to take any medicines for increase in the height..Hope am clear .The effects of those medicines are unknown...Thank you

Hi..... Men grow height-wise until ~21 years old, although depending on the person they may experience slight changes until 25. For someone in their later twenties, you're already not producing the regul ar pulsatile bursts of growth hormone needed to stimulate longitudinal growth, but even if an exogenous source was provided, the growth region of the bone known as the epiphyseal plate has already shut down, so you'd only grow laterally. If you get doses of growth hormone as an adult, you develop a condition known as acromegaly.
