Hi there...illizarov technique has be used rarely for increasing height. But you must take into consideration that it is a very cumbersome, risky procedure which requires long post op care. And results are also usually not satisfactory. Plus you are still 19 years. Some people grow until age of 23 years. Try taking a healthy diet and doing regular exercises like cycling, swimming, aerobics, high bar excercises which are known to increase height. If you are still not satisfied you can consult a endocrinologist for further evaluation
