I am 26 years of age,my height is around 5.5 approx or less.i want to increase it a little to that I don't look short heighted. Please suggest

At 26, you have attained full growth and height will not increase now. There is a surgical option which I wouldn't recommend for cosmetic reasons only, due to risks. Please focus on developing a positive body image. Dr M Vashishtha FRCS, dr-MV.com
