Height growth
My height has been slow down since late year. I've grown only 1 or 1.5 inches last year.I have been doing stretching exercises from last six months but not getting good results.My diet is also pretty good.I have been taking calcium tabs also.My present height is 5ft 5inch.Can i do hgh treatment how much increase can I my height from hgh treatment. I'm also little overweight around 78kgs.

There is very little that you can do to gain height. Sports and exercises are the best methods. Consult endocrinologist to rule out any other cause. Your height is a lot dependant on the height of your parents too.

 Hello..., your height  depends on average  height  of your parents..  Once maturation occurs growing end of bones fuses and one cannot  grow  further after that age...so growth cessate usually at the age of 18.you must learn  to live with fact. You still have time. Don't  try medication for growth  they won't work. Cycling, swimming, skipping, stretching exercise may help you..  Do it in the early morning..  Have protenaceous food items...
