Iam 21 year old male. Weight 70kg and height 163cm. My dream is to join Indian army. But Iam short and my height didnt meet the height criteria to join Army(170cm). Is it possible to gain few inches at this age? Can anyone grow after 21.

Growth in height is mostly a inheritance. Ur final height will be approximately 2 cm above the average of your parents' heights
