I'm from 22-06-2000 and my height is 5' 2" and yet my mustache haven't grown or beard (i just want you to know my hormone condition), but i wanna ask that can my height grow now, i can do anything (nutrition and exercise) in order to increase my height. And one more thing my parents are short too.

Very less chance to grow after this age...best of luck.
But noting can b done about increasing height please don't listen to ppl who suggest expensive meds they don't help.

Since ur parents are short so ur height is a combination of thier height plus minus.
U may have some potential left to grow. See an orthopaedic consultant near u to guide u properly.
Also see an endocrinologist for ur hormone opinion.
U just avoid lifting weights rest u can do anything.
And buddy a man is known not from his height bit his work and deeds. Try to work on it.
