Height growth
Hello. I am 19 years old and my height is 5'1". I had done swimming for 8 years when I was a child. I had done cycling a lot. I do skipping, stretching, hanging and other exercises for height growth. But nothing added to my height. My height is stable since 5 years. I have not grown even a millimeter. I have taken right food, regular workout and proper sleep. But all in vein. I have also seen some artificial ways to increase height like leg lengthening surgery but I don't feel safe with these. My human growth hormones and other hormones are also normal. My growth plates have joined almost a year ago. The height of my parents and grandparents is also good. Please suggest me something. Any help will be appreciated.
