Hi There! You seems quit underweight. Make sure that you meals are balanced with proper nutrition. Have nuts like almonds,walnuts,cashwenuts,pista. Include rich protein source like soyabean,pulses (moong,matki etc),dals,paneer,green peas if non veg include chicken,fish,eggs. Avoid walks after meals in case you do.
