Heel Pain in Morning
Hi There, Frequently, I get pain in my heel area immediately after waking up from bed. Pain remain for 2-3 mins then it get disappeared as i walk. What is the cause & remedy for the same? Thanks in advance for your kind advice.

Hi.... It could be due to plantar fasciitis..... Regular, gentle stretching of your Achilles tendon and plantar fascia may help to ease your symptoms. This is because most people with plantar fasciitis have a slight tightness of their Achilles tendon.... Rest your foot... This should be done as much as possible. Avoid running, excess walking or standing and undue stretching of your sole. Gentle walking and exercises are fine.....
