  4. Heel pain. I'm a student. Getting worse.

Heel pain .... I'm a student
I'm suffering with heel pain since 2/3 months . I get my uric acid tested which is 5.4 (normal). Earlier it happened only in morning ,when i moved 5/6 steps it got relieved . But now even i sit and get up it pains . Day by day condition is getting worse .

Do hot water fomentation and then ice fomentation twice daily
