Hairloss after a severe illness like dengue fever is called as telogen effluvium. Your body is recovering from an illness and hence all the focus is only repairing damaged areas. Due to this hair does not receive proper nutrition and starts falling. Start biotin supplements. Eat a healthy diet with proteins. I cannot prescribe other medicines to you online.
