Hi thanks for your question. Fat burners are in market are often having side effects. Bette u start a low calorie Diet plan. but down some foods like oily ,fast junk, foods.no spicy,biriany,rich fried foods like chips salty foods,cold drinks etc. low rice,potatoes etc.low carbohydrate & low fat foods definitely help u soon.
