I am gaining day by day..even i have left oily n junk foods...i have night shifts..i did nt get proper time and i usually take lunch at 3pm and dinner at 10.30 pm in the offfice..i drink 2 bottles water sometimes more...after that i m gaining and i have abdomen fat n belly fat ..n love muffins..

Hello, obesity is the common problem now a days, your metabic rate is high and digestive system is weak. Thats why it convert your food into fat not converting in energy. You have to maintain it as soon as possible. Maintan your dieting schedule. Take your meal on time. Take healthy things. Take low calory food. Make list of low calorie food and schedule according to it. Do regular exercise. Take honey mix it in lukewarm water. Drink regularly for 6 weeks.
