Heavy periods not stopping for 1 months
My daughter's period is not stopping for a month I have met a gynaec she gave her tranexa but it's not working as she took 1 tablet each day . Want to know should I give her tranexa again or start giving regestrone as it was later given in prescription for 21 days plsss tell . Or if you know any medicine which will stop her periods.

Hi, Please get in touch with a Gynaec . Get all her tests done which include CBC, thyroid profile, Hormone assays of FSH, LH, prolactin, oestrogen , progesterone, and an ultrasound for Uterus tubes and ovaries. Till then give TranexaMF twice a day for five days,and Primolut N 10mg bd for ten days

Kindly evaluate her thyroid profile and serum prolactin levels.and get a ultrasound pelvis done. With all d reports kindly meet a gynecologist for further management. She can take Tranexa twice a day for 5 days till then.
