Heavy Nasal and throat area
Hi. I have been diagnosed with sinusitis and often encounter heavy nose, head, below the eyes, ears and throat area. Most of the times I have my ears or nose blocked. Currently the area between my ears and throat is very heavy and feels blocked. Often I keep hearing sounds of air passing in my ears. Can someone please suggest me over the counter sprays or any home remedy, please. I have been to doctors but can't sustain the antibiotic dosage for long term.

Get CT scan of nose and paranasal sinuses done. Furamist AZ nasal spray 1puff in both nostril two times a day for 10 days.
