Diagnosed with deviation in nasal septum
Dear Doctor, Regards. I have been diagnosed with S shaped nasal septum with sinusitis. Some doctors have suggested surgery. Attaching reports herewith. Please suggest.

Though deviated nasal septum is not a significant problem your sinusitis seems to be fungal in origin. Usually fungal sinusitis is difficult to treat with medications. If medicines do not help you may need to undergo surgery known as functional endoscopic sinus surgery
