Heavy menstrual bleeding with clots

Asked for Female, 40 Years

Had a dnc done last week n endometrial biopsy..report say. .gross: received multiple grey white to grey Brown soft tissue bits total measuring 1.5×0.8×0.6 cm in size embedded..says showing tubular elongate n few irregular glands lined by benign pseudostratified columnar epithelium in a spindloid stromal back ground showing areas of haemorrhage.
