Hello, chest pain and burping can be can caused by gastritis, at this age chest pain not to be taken lightly,,, since as you say ECG is normal, gastritis can be considered in your situation. Avoid spicy,junk or outside foods,, eat meals timely and regularly. over the counter pantoprazole with domperidone combination tablet once a day will help you, avoid coffee or tea in empty stomach.
