Heavy Dandruff Problem
Having dandruff since many years, it reduced for some months and suddenly it's occurring again.
Itching all over the scalp and I find flakes kind of dandruff all over my head and because of this I am having hair loss too and pimples all over my face.

Basically you have oily skin is what I am guessing. Dandruff is a fungal infection. Try using products which will dry out your skin. Will help both with acne and dandruff. Salicylic acid products will be helpful but visit a Cosmetologist for better insight

You might be suffering from seborrheic dermatitis. It causes hairless and might lead to acne as well.
But a clear picture is needed for diagnosis.
