Heavy chest pain and breathing problm

Asked for Male, 29 Years

From past 1 month i am having this heavy chest pain somthing like cramping inside burning and breathing problem at that time.pain starts frm centre of chest then back d side .cant breath it feels heavy .ECG also done but no problem with that.this problem coms majorly when i down to bed .
