Heavy cheek left side/Not sinus

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Heavy cheek on left side,checked for sinusitis but nothing came in ct scan ,suffering from acid reflux from a month now being cured.Ent dictor asked me to take capsule nervojen-P please advise what could be the reason
