Hi, i had heavy breathing and i feel panicked during work. i always sleep late at night.

Just find out that this heaviness is present while u breath with close mouth or present even with open mouth .. If present even with open mouth , consult a chest physician n if present only with closed mouth just consult sn ENT specialist.....
