Heavy bleeding and clothing during perio
Sir I have diagonised ovarian cyst in 2019,sized 5cm,ca125 value-27but 2020 USG report cyst size reduce 2.6 cm,now I have heavy bleeding,clotting and paining during periods,period dates normaly 24to 28 days.low urine volume and frequently come and go mild pain in lower abdomain and back area.plz help me sir.

The pain and increased frequency of urine is due to urine infection which should be treated The cyst size is quite small which need no other management For heavy bleeding and clots you can take medications to subside Also get few blood and hormonal tests to know the cause of this
