Heaviness in the right side throat

I have heaviness in the right side of throat and when i press my throat area with my finger and swallow something i feel like a bean like thing goes up and down. is that normal? or not. I dont have cold or cough or fever

'bean like thing' might be submandibular gland..it's a normal structure..if you feel pain and swelling in this area ..it could be due to infection.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
