Heaviness in the head

Last night my friends and I met with an accident and one of my friend banged her head in the windshield or the dashboard! She was facing a bad headache last night but in the morning she was fine. Now again the pain has increased. What should be done? It's been more than 14 hours now to the accident.

Had she suffered from vomiting...ear pain...oozing from ears after accident... If headache continue then better to do C T scan of head.... Is she having dizziness??
