Heaviness in stomach
I fell heaviness in my stomach even I walk for half an hr after every meal. I eat only 2 chapattis..and my portion size is also small. Pls tell reason behind this.

Rainy season the digestion becomes slow . If you are passing stools regularly then fine otherwise constipation makes you feel full.
