Heaviness in lower back
I am feeling heaviness in my lower back. Sometimes feel pain also after sitting long. Is this something serious?

At this young age, very unlikely to have serious issues with your back..do yoga, have correct sitting posture and avoid long working hours ..it will be fine..can provide with expert opinion if u wish

Lowerback pain if cyclical then get gynecological review, if related to movement or your routine work get a routine consultation for need of Xray before physiotherapy consultation. If and referral to legs may need orthopaedic consultation.
