Heaviness_in left_hand
Sometimes i feel heaviness in breath and little pinch in left hand finger. Sometimes i feel that i lost one beat. I dont know. Please advise.

Well it's probably anxiety only...it's be one very common now a days...it's because of stress we undergo now a days...I suggest you to meet a physician and get examined and confirmed...it's better you start yoga or meditation..thank you
