I have a heavily pigmented skin area mainly in between my thighs and buttocks and under arms. It looks really dark than rest of my body. Please help

Hey ,do you have itching over there ? It could be fungal infection , apply antifungal powder , maintain parts dry and clean , apply fungal ointments consult dermatologist
