Heat stroke fear
I have a fear that in too much sun or heat i might have heat stroke. And so i panic whenever i am in sun for a little bit of time. Is heat stroke common in young healthy people. And i today i was in sun i started feeling hot on skin and sweat and i paniced thinking i might get heat stroke. I started feeling unease. I have been home 5 hours and i have normal body temperature on touching and normal heart beat and pressure. I slept too. Can i still have heat stroke from the time i was in sun few hours ago
