Heat boil kind of Rashes
We noticed that there are heat boil kind and rashes appearing on her palm on both hands and Foot..This does not seem to be Chicken Pox we have already consulted a doctor and was prescribed anti-biotics and anti allergy tonic. However we see there is increase in rashes try though prescribed was given. Thanks in advance.

The picture you have shared and the description of symptoms suggest possibility of a Hand Foot Mouth disease(HMFD). It is a viral illness and usually resolves by it self in a week's time. No medications are required for cure. However anti allergy and paracetamol can be given for itching or pain due to rashes.
Maintain hand hygiene. Wash your hands and clothes so that it doesn't spread to other children in the family.
