Heat bag overnight

Hi I applied gabapin gel on my upper back and then kept hot bag not electric normal heat bag and wore shirt and slept on it overnight next morning I got blister bubble is it due to heat bag .the heat bag was covering my upper back and some head I fell asleep is it dangerous or nothing to be worried?
