Heartburn trigers costochondritis
Even a mild heartburn trigers costochondritis (pain at one point in one rib bone and left arm and hand) and cranky bone like finger joints.
Please suggest where to visit , cardiologists or Orthopaedic?
Do I do some exercise, take medicin and use anti information cream?
Last time I had visited cardiologists she had prescribed ani inflammation cream and rulled out any heart issue becaise LIPID profile and CBC were about perfect and I was running 3KM daily.
I do running and walking now also and lipid and CBC is perfect.
Please help.
