Heart skipping a beat
Since day before yesterday night I am feeling like my heart is skipping a beat. I have no breathing issue with it. Also I am feeling like the skipped beats are coming from my belly. Before that I was having a muscle strain on my right chest and back for 2 weeks, whenever I was doing any stretching movement of that particular right side it was aching. That aching has calmed down a lot now but now I am feeling that my heart is skipping a beat. Can someone suggest what is going on?

If you feel missing heart beat , ideally you should get your 12 lead ECG  to check if there are any extra beats and of which type? The chest muscle pain you experience will go off and there is no relation between heart beat and muscular pain

Usually after excercise body mechanics increase due to increase adrenaline activity and later set back to normal ..amd some times it could be associated with  dehydration, smoking tobacco cause such symptoms due to electrolytes imbalance
Next Steps
better we can proceed with Routine ecg with rythm strip so that we can rule out cardiac disorder
