Hi doc my father had a stroke in 2015 since then he is under medication but sometimes he voice gets slurred and legs get swalloen we did a echo in feb which was normal is this any heart related issues and what are heart related symptoms

Hello. We very well understand your issue but scientifically such cases cannot be discussed online. You must discuss this with the treating neurologist as he must be aware of his disease and must have studied all his CT scan and MRI’s.

heart related symptoms are chest pain, difficulty in breathing, palpitations,syncope,giddiness, fatigue,swelling of both limbs. normal ECHO in February,suggest these symptoms might not be heart related. If both legs are swollen, kindly get a consult
