Heart rate less than 60
I have little chest discomfort on left side and I notice my heart rate is less than 60, nearly 50-55 beats per minute throughout the day. I got my tmt and echo done last month it was good. I have antral gastritis . Is there anything to worry

Chest discomfort could be because of gastritis Heart rate below 60 without any symptoms of black out or giddiness or breathlessness and normal ECG and ECHO rules out any cardiac disease. Some individuals have HR below 60 which means you have good athletic potentials wrt heart
