Heart rate increases when lying down
So trying to sleep tonight and I've been kept awake by my heart rate getting really high for bits of time. Also for like an hour or so it felt like there was a weight on my chest so I was having a harder time breathing. I haven't experienced any pain however. This has happened a few times within the past month and I'm not sure if it might be because I'm very overweight or something else might be wrong. My breathing is better now but I'm worried to lay back down.
