Heart Rate
I am having a heart rate around of 61-63 BPM, sometime it goes slight up to 110 BPM. As i am having a sedentary lifestyle. Can 61-63 BPM shows some cause for concern. From the last 1-2 years i am not doing any exercise. On feb -2021 i had done ECG whicj were normal. But this 61-63 BPM heart rate shows some tension. Whether i am have any problem.? Please guide me.

First of all relax and do regular physical exercise inside the house itself if possible,avoid oily spicy fried and sugary items, fluid intake should be more than 4 litres per day, stress tensions have to be avoided, sleep should be minimum 8 hours at night. Follow this you will feel better.
