After bypass heart rate was 61 but gradually it came down to 40.. Now it is stable to 40. No other symptom

You must be taking heart-rate limiting drugs (beta blockers) currently so first get ur dosage adjusted through a cardiologist. That should sort the problem for you.
Next Steps
Watch out for bradycardia (slow heart-rate) symptoms like giddiness, light-headedness, blackouts, syncope.
