If you are certain your heart rate every time increases beyond 100 per minute, while standing, consider consultation with a cardiologist to rule out postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS)

A person’s heart rate is usually about 70 to 80 beats per minute when resting. It increases on physical activity like any kind of exertion or exercise. In absence of any exercise, the heart rate increases by 10 to 15 beats per minute when standing up, and then it settles down again. But if the change is more than 30 beats per minute or the increase in heart rate observed immediately after standing is not coming down within few minutes, it might be something of concern
Next Steps
Observe patterns in heart rate over a couple of days. Note down normal baseline heart rate while resting
Health Tips
Consult a healthcare professional if concern persists
