Heart palpitations, shortness of breath.

Hello Dr I'm 31 old male..from past 5 years I'm suffering from fast heart,chest pain,shortness of breath,left throat n neck tightness,electric sensation in my left head nerves,gastric,bloating..I feel pain in heart,can't take full breaths,fast heart rate always...my physician examined me n thinks I'm normal..he recommended me for lipid profile cholesterol test Results are : 1) Total Cholesterol : 264 2) Triglycerides : 184 3) HDL (Direct) : 44 4)LDL : 201 5) VLDL : 36.8 6) Total Cholesterol /  HDL Ratio calculated : 6.0 n ECG,chest x-ray, neck x-ray,Thyroid test,upper endoscopy,abdomen ultrasound, is normal...i don't no my physician didn't prescribe any medicine for my symptoms..he put me on vitamin calcium d3 n b12 supplements,as I was deficient in it,but Im doin streching,yoga n breathing exercises n there seems to be no improvement atall I feel like dying .plz advice n help me wat exactly the problem im having n wat test should I undergo to determine wat problem I have Thank u
