Hi, Right side pains are not usually from heart. If the pain is exaggerated during menstruation then it is hormonal and should be dealt in other ways. If it is a local musculoskeletal pain then a mere muscle relaxant will help. Please consult a doctor if it is associated with breathlessness, sharp pain associated with cough, fever or loss of appetite, or any lump in breast.
