Pain is radiating left hand till finger also there is pain in the palm and also there is a pinching pain in the left side of the chest.

The symptoms you are describing are not heart related. Could be cervical spine related or local issue. Consult gynaecologist foe breastfeed related issue if any.

These are not heart related symptoms, take antacids and consult physician for breast examination for possible concerns. If she do not have symptoms of breathing difficulty, swelling legs etc, won’t need any cardiac evaluation.
